Custom Crops and Michael's Hauls

The first photo is my most recent order from Custom Crops.  It consists of the new Father's Day Limited Edition cricut cartridge.  I love the recliner cut on this cartridge.  Next is the Classic scalloped ovals large.  I have been looking for the large scalloped ovals for awhile.  I already have the small set.  The final item is my new favourite thing, Stardust Gelly Roll glitter pens.  They are awesome.

 The second photo is my Michael's purchase.  I bought the dress form which is also one of my favourite things lately.  I have bought a couple of dress form stamps.  I am going to paint it purple.  I picked up the purple 12 x 12 tote for my scrapbook layouts and 2 other 12 x 12 boxes for storage.  I asked my husband for an Expedite shelf from Ikea for our anniversary next month, so these are some things for decorating it.  I am also in a Canada blog hop on July 1st, and I picked up a few things for my project.

Throwback Thursday Challenge~Green & Yellow

This weeks challenge at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ is to use any older cartridge and use the colours green & yellow.  I just love the Hello Kitty Greetings cartridge.  The stamp that I used is one of Emma's from the Turn That Frown Upside Down set.  All of the paper is from Stampin Up and the little black dots are Enamel Accents by Inkessentials, they also make the Glossy Accents.

Wedding Invitation Layout

I am finally able to post on my blog.  I have been trying since Tuesday.  This layout is the invitation from my wedding and a photo my husband took of the invitation with our rings.  All of the paper used is Stampin Up.  I used the Wedding solutions cartridge and/or Sweethearts.  I can't remember which.

I bought the invitation kit from Michael's and printed the invitations myself.

The Groom Layout

This is the groom page for my wedding album that goes with the bride page that I made for National Scrapbook Day.  All of the paper used was Stampin Up.  The cuts are from the Wedding Solutions cartridge.  On the "The Groom" cut and around the lapel of the suit jacket I used the gelly roll glitter pen that I just love.

Made It Myself Monday ~Week 1

Alex over at http://www.youhadmeatcraft.com/ is having her first Made It Myself Monday linking party.  You can show off whatever craft, baking, art, anything that you have made.  Stop by her blog and check out the details and see all the awesome projects people have linked. My project is this card that I made with my new stamp from Gina K Designs.  I really love the dress forms and this one is so cute.  I paper pieced it with some really cute SU paper and then coloured the top with the matching Melon Mambo marker.  I then cut it out with the small classic oval spellbinder and matted it using the small scalloped oval spellbinder with co-ordinating melon mambo paper.  The sentiment came with the dress form stamp and that was also cut using a label spellbinder.

Boys Birthday Card

It is also my nephews Birthday as well as his First Communion.  I printed the sentiment using my computer and then cut it out using the Ribbon Label Spellbinder.  All of the paper is DCWV  & SU, the ribbon is also SU.  The robot is of course from the Robotz cartridge.

First Communion Card

My nephews First Communion is tomorrow, this cross is the only thing I could come up with that would work for this occasion.  The cross is from the Easter 2010 cartridge.

Throwback Thursday Challenge~3-D Item

This weeks challenge at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ is to make a 3-D project using an older cartridge.  Well I needed a small box for my Nephew's First Communion gift.  I used the Tags, Bags, Boxes and More cartridge to make this simple matchbox.  I didn't do anything fancy with it as it is for a boy.  The paper is DCWV and the ribbon is SU.

My Pink Stamper NSD Challenge # 10

Challenge #10 at http://www.mypinkstamper.com/ and the final one I was able to get done was to make a project with a pet on it.  I used this adorable cat from the Create A Critter cartridge.  All of the paper is from SU and the the Cuttlebug folder is called Moroccan Screen.  It is 12:30 am EST and the challenges close in 30 minutes.  I was two short of finishing but maybe I will do those anyway for fun on Thursday my day off.

My Pink Stamper NSD Challenge #4

Challenge #4 at My Pink Stamper is a Mother's Day theme.  I did not have my Mom's card done yet so this worked out well for me.  I used the Freshly Picked cartridge for this card.  Everything except the striped layer is Stampin Up and the striped layer is DCWV.

I love this stamp on the inside it was from a stamp set by SU from Mother's Day last year.

My Pink Stamper NSD Challenge #3

Challenge #3 at http://www.mypinkstamper.com/ is to make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project with a Breast Cancer theme.  For my card I used the Forever Young cartridge to cut the bra out of this awesome paper from the Black Current stack from DCWV.  The sentiment was done on my computer and cut out with the Spellbinder label die.  The ribbon is a number 8 cut down.

Challenge #2 at My Pink Stamper is to make a card or a scrapbook page using Kraft cardstock.  I used this challenge to make my Dad's Father's Day card.  He loves golfing and I used my new Celebrate With Flourish Lite cartridge.  All of the supplies used are Stampin Up.

My Pink Stamper NSD Challenge #1

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!!!

I have been working on the challenges over at My Pink Stamper.  Yesterday Robyn was hosting one challenge every hour for 12 hours in honour of National Scrapbook Day.  I worked yesterday and didn't get started until last night, but I worked on some today.  The challenges are open until Monday night.  There are great prizes available too.  Stop by and check it out, watch the videos and see the awesome inspiration.

The first challenge was to make something using cupcakes.  I made a scrapbook page.
