Gift Bags and a Baby Shower Card

These are two gifts bags that I made last weekend.  One was for my Nephews birthday.  He just got a fishing rod and tackle box so I bought him some fake worms, bobbers and a fish scale, so I had to decorate his gift bag to go along with it.  I cut the fisher man at 5" from Everyday Paper Dolls Dress Up.
The second gift bag was for the baby shower that I made the scrapbook and banner for.  I cut the baby from the Baby Steps cartridge also at 5"
This is the card that I made to go along with the gift.  I used the Baby Boutique Imagine cartridge for the carriage.  I printed it on a light blue paper.  I used the Labels Four Spellbinder die, SU stamp, Seeing Spots Cuttlebug folder and Bashful Blue paper and Ribbon.  I used my new Bow Easy to make the double bow.
Thanks for stopping by.

Throwback Thursday Challenge--EDPD

This weeks challenge over at Emma's blog http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ is to make a project using Everyday Paper Dolls and the theme is Animals.

I know that fish are not animals but I really wanted to use this cut. I have been saving the packaging from all of my cricut cartridges and I decided to use some today for this card. I cut the fish bowl at 4" from the kraft cs, the water patterned paper and the plastic. To cut the plastic was cut using the regular blade all setting on max and multi-cut. I cut perfectly.

Supplies:

Paper: Crumb Cake cs, Dusty Durango cs (SU), Water patterened paper (CM)and Sweets Stack (DCWV)

Cartridge: Everyday Paper Dolls

Ink: Tuxedo Black (Memento) White gelly roll pen

Punches: Modern Label Punch (SU)

Stamps: Congrats (SU)

Ribbon: Dusty Durango ribbon (SU)

It has been brought to my attention that sometimes it is hard to find where to leave a comment. Sometimes is shows up and sometimes it doesn't. I am not sure how to fix that so if anyone has any ideas please let me know. To leave a comment just move your cursor over the white bar under the post and it will appear.
