Imagine~Snow Angel

Sorry that I haven't posted for awhile, there is lots going around our house and I have been feeling really tired.  I don't see that getting better anytime soon as I just got a second job.  I don't know when I will be starting because they are still building it but I got hired at MICHAEL"S.  I am super excited to be working their.  The store should be open at the end of next month.  I also just got a brand new car (my old one went to the junk yard in the sky).  I will have to scrap the pictures my hubby took of me and my car.
Anyway onto my project, this is one of my favourite Imagine cartridges.  I love the colours, the patterns and cute cuts.  I would really like to live in this house.  You can just imagine the roaring fire.

Throwback Thursday Challenge~Green,Orange,Purple,Black~Cricutless

This weeks challenge at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ is a cricutless challenge using the colours green, orange, purple and black.  I have been wanting to try making a rosette for awhile now and finally did it. I used 2 2" x12" strips of K & Co paper from a Halloween stack from last year.  I scored both pieces at every 1/4" and then using tacky tape I attached the pieces together at both ends to make a circle shape.  I pushed it tight together, added hot glue to the center and attached a round piece of cardstock to keep it together.  I also added a piece of cardstock to the back to make it secure and easy for attaching to my card.
The stamp that I used is from Peachy Keen Stamps Halloween Sweet Folks, the sentiment is from the same set .  I coloured it used a couple of different copics and cut it out using the Creative Memories Circle Cutting System.
Thanks for stopping by.
