Imagine Nursery Tails

I just received the Imagine Nursery Tails cartridge in the mail along with the Heirloom cartridge.  I was so excited to use this new cartridge.  The images are adorable.  I cut the onesie and the layers for it out at 4" and the "It's a Boy" at 1.5".  The butterfly is from my stash.

I used glue dots to add a little bit of dimension to each layer.  I used pop dots on the onesie, the skunk and the tag.
The card base and the designer paper are Certainly Celery by Stampin Up.

Thanks for stopping by.

My Pink Stamper Design Team Call

The requirements are as follows:

*You will need to have a blog that you regularly post on for at least 3 months.

*You cannot already be serving on a DT that has product that is a conflict of interest (most DTs are just fine as long as they do not sell product that is similar to My Pink Stamper Original Cricut Stamps idea)

*Your project must be made just for this challenge

*Post a pic on your blog with a full recipe along with what the challenge is about

*This needs to be a new project that you make just for this challenge

*Only one entry per person, please

*You do not need to be a professional but you must have a love for the craft! :)

Challenge: Make a card, scrapbook page, or other Cricut project with your favorite Cricut cartridge using the following colors......
Orange

Turquoise

Green

Brown

(other optional color of your choice)

My Pink Stamper was the blog that first introduced me to the Cricut just over 2 years ago.  I loved (and still do) watching all of Robyn's video's and the awesome projects that she made.  Within a month of finding My Pink Stamper my husband bought me my first Cricut Expression on our honeymoon in Niagara Falls.  Well 2yrs later my husband bought me a Cricut Imagine for our anniversary.  When the Imagine first came out I didn't thing I wanted one but a couple of months ago I saw a project once again made by Robyn using the Teresa Collins Baby Boutique cartridge and I was in love.  So thanks to Robyn and my hubby I now have 2 cricuts and over 80 cartridges.  Don't tell the hubby how many cartridges!
I have not been on a design team before and would love to a part of Robyn's team and to share my love of all things MPS and Cricut.

Now onto my entry.  I chose to make a double page scrapbook layout for a Birthday.  I love the colour combination that Robyn chose.

Pinkalicious Birthday Blog Hop

Welcome to the Pinkalicious Birthday Blog Hop in celebration of Melissa's birthday.  If you just happened upon my blog Melissa's blog is where you should start http://www.adventuresinheels.com/.  If you came from http://www.nadiasbeautifulmess.blogspot.com/ then your in the right place.  The theme of this blog hop is to use Melissa's fave colour pink and black & white.

My project is a bulletin board that I made for my daughter, pink is her colour (I'm partial to purple myself).  I recycled an old calendar frame for the bulletin board.  First it was spray painted pink.

The next step was to cut a piece of cork to fit the inside of the frame and cover it with material.  Isn't this material adorable?  It is covered with shoes and boots.  The material was cut with about 2" extra on each side and then stapled to the cork.
The cork was then hot glued to the frame and ribbon was hot glued around the edges to finish it off.

I then cut my daughters name from Lyrical Letters and a couple of flourishes from Home Decor using black vinyl.  I added push pins in the corners and a little bit of bling on the frame.

Here is the list of participating blogs in case you get lost.
