Baby Boy Scrapbook

Well after many hours of work I finally finished one of the baby scrapbooks that I started.  I started off doing a boy and a girl layout at the same time but a co-worker of mine is having a boy and we are having a shower for her on Friday.  I spent about 20 hrs this week to finish it up.  At least now I have the cuts saved on my Gypsy so it will be easier for the next one.  

All of the patterned paper is from the Baby Boy DCWV stack and the cardstock is all Stampin Up.  I used Baby Steps for most of the layouts but I did also use B is for Boy, New Arrivals,  and 9 Months.  I also used the Nursery Tails Imagine cartridge for the Announcement layout and all of the journalling tags that I tucked behind the photo mats.

Some of these layouts I have already posted but I wanted to show them all together.

Throwback Thursday Challenge~Retired Cartridge

This weeks challenge over at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ is to use any retired cartridge.  I chose to use one of my favourites the New Arrival cartridge.  This simple card is perfect to make up multiple cards in different colours to have on hand or to package up to sell or give away.

Peachy Keen Sketch Challenge

This is the first time I have done a sketch challenge. I love Peachy Keen Stamps, the faces are so adorable. You can put one of their faces on anything and make it cute. I decided to do a scrapbook layout and use my new B is for Boy cartridge. I also used the New Arrival cartridge.

This week at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ Emma's challenge is to make something using Zoobaloo or an older cartridge and using an animal. I do not have Zoobaloo so I used my favourite New Arrival again. I used the elephant on page 112 cut at 3 1/2".

Emma's challenge this week at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ is to use the New Arrival cartridge. I LOVE this cartridge and couldn't wait to make something for this challenge. I used the little girl outfit from pg. 98 cut at 3" cut on the regular cut as well as the shadow feature.

New Arrival

I just bought this New Arrival cartridge so I was just playing around with some of the cuts. I love this cartridge. When I have a bit more time after my holidays I would like to try and make a diaper cake and this cartridge will be perfect.
