Throwback Thursday Challenge~Your Choice

This weeks Throwback Thursday Challenge over at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ is the cartridge of your choice and theme of your choice.  I used a combination of my E2 and my Imagine for these two layouts.  I am making baby boy and baby girl scrapbooks and I am going to make a boy layout and a girl layout each time so that I can complete each scrapbook at the same time.

This is the first page for each scrapbook, the baby announcement.  The announcement and the It's a Boy/Girl circle are both from the Nursery Tails cartridge.  The mat for the announcements are from the Lacy Labels Lite cartridge.

The patterned paper on both layouts are from DCWV and the ribbon is from Stampin Up.

I want to start off by wishing Kari a very Happy Birthday!  If you came from Cricut Chick then you are in the right place.  If you just happened to stop by my blog and would like to view the blog hop then you can start at Kari's blog .

Kari and I share a few things besides the same name (even though she spells it wrong, lol).  We both love purple and sweets of all kinds.  Kari has asked us to incorporate her love of sweets in our project today so I chose chocolate (Mmmm).  My shaped card was designed using my Gypsy and the Lacy Labels cartridge.

(All you need in life is a friend who has chocolate.  ...I'm that friend.)
