Peek A Boo

Well I made my first Christmas card.  I needed one for this weekend so I just played around with my Gypsy using the Imagine.  I still have more cards to make but I want something that I can just mass produce quickly.  I used the Snow Angel Imagine cartridge for the darker blue snowflake paper, the Christmas cartridge that is on the Gypsy for the window and Snow Friends.
Supplies:
Paper:  Crumb Cake (SU), White (Recollections), Jingle Bells (DCWV)
Stamps: Snow Buddies (PKS)
Ink: Tuxedo Black(Momento), Orange Copic, White gelly roll, Clear glitter pen

Word Collage Christmas Gifts

Ever since I bought the Word Collage cartridge I have wanted to do some home decor with it.  I picked up some 12 x12 frames at Michael's and laid out my first project on my Gypsy.  The Wine word collage is long so to fill up the frame I used Lyrical Letters for the word Wine along the side and some ribbon.  I was time consuming weeding the excess vinyl and making sure all the letters stayed in place.  I then used Transfer Tape to line it up on a 12 x12 piece of scrapbook paper.
 Supplies:
Paper:  Christmas(Anna Griffin)
Vinyl: Black (Cricut)
Cartridges:  Word Collage, Lyrical Letters
Embellishments:  Ribbon (Celebrate It)

For my next ones I decided to use my Imagine and print it on the paper.  I used the fit to page feature, filled the image with brown and used the print only option.  Done in 5 minutes.  Both of these are also from Word Collage and Stampin Up paper.  I will definitely be making more of these this way.

Let me know what you think.  Thanks for stopping by.
I am going to link this up to the Made it Myself Monday over at You Had Me At Craft.

Sophisticated Birthday Card

I needed a birthday card for my friend and boss and I wanted something a bit more grown up.  I automatically went to my Sophisticated cartridge and found this frame.  I designed it on my gypsy and coloured it in using the Imagine Heirloom cartridge.  It was a little bit bigger than I wanted but I still think that it turned out nice putting it on and angle on the 5x5 card.
Supplies:
Paper: Brown, White (Recollections), Spice Cake DSP(SU)
Cartridges: Theresa Collins Sophisticated, Imagine Heirloom
Ink: Brown(Momento)
Stamps: SU
Embellishments: Brown pearls (Recollections)

Christmas with the Imagine

After 3 weeks of working two jobs I finally got a day off.  I am working part time at Michaels so have been doing some crafting there.  We have waited so long for a Michaels in our city.  On opening day I spent 6 hrs doing Cricut demonstrations.  I love showing people who had never even heard of the Cricut what it can do.  We had a great deal on the small Cricut and they were flying off the shelf.

Snow Angels is one of my favourite Imagine cartridges.  The cuts are beautiful and I like the patterns and colours that come with it.  Isn't this little girl adorable.
Supplies:
Paper: Brown, White for the Imagine (Recollections), Certainly Celery (SU)
Embellishments: Ribbon (Celebrate It)
Ink: White gelly roll pen, Clear glitter pen
Misc: Spellbinders Label Four (Nestabilities)

Thanks for stopping by.
